Close to Perdido Pass, it features a boat launch and first come/first serve docking. There's even an on-site cleaning station. Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary FloraBama! Of course you may never even want to leave the condo after enjoying the canal view from the balcony and all the amenities offered…paradise awaits. Local activities include: charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke's Landing Marina, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in home or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Boat Dock Availability- You must pre-register your boat at least 3 days prior to arriving (a link will be sent prior to your arrival). Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the boat dock fees which must be paid prior to your arrival. The boat dock rental fee is an additional fee, paid directly to the HOA. 7. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. 8. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
