Mare Amice offers a 3 Bedroom House with Granny flat, fully equipped self-catering accommodation situated in Witsand, a beautifull coastal town with a wide river mouth, just off the N2 on the Cape South Coast. Swimming, wind or kite surfing, rock and surf angling, deep sea fishing, snorkeling and spear-fishing are but a few of the many activities to do in Witsand and the Breede River. The space The house features 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, 1 full bathroom, a guest toilet, a fully equiped kitchen and an open-plan living area. The granny flat features 1 queen-size bed with 2 stacking single beds, shower and separate toilet and fully equiped kitchenette. Large, covered and equiped braai room with stacking aluminium doors that opens onto the courtyard. Wooden doors keep the courtyard private as well as on the side where you can store your braai wood behind a locked gate. Laundry facility. Other features include TV’s with Full DStv, bedding, bath towels and cleaning products (for the start of your stay) is provided. Bring your own beach towels. The house is 400 m from the beach and the river mouth. Nearby attractions include: Anchorage Beach Restaurant, Put-Put and adventures, Spasie Restaurant & Bar, a lovely craft market with coffee shop. 2 small shops for your basic needs. Visit the Angling club and enjoy the local fishing stories. Take the pont across the river and visit the small town of Malgas.
