Caribe Beach Trolley: Pick-Up Locations: - Building D lower Parking Level at Indoor Pool Elevator - Beach Pick-Up at Public Pavilion Trolley Hours: - 8am-7pm (March - September) - On Call 8am to 5pm during other dates. Caribe Marina: - Wet Slips and Trailer Parking are available to rent from the Caribe Marina. Managed by: My Beach Getaways Beaches of Alabama & Florida Gulf Coast Guest access Welcome packet containing Keycards and parking passes will be available pickup on the day of arrival by 4pm. Arrival Instructions will be texted and emailed to you the day of your arrival. Other things to note Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Parking pass fees for 2 cars are included in the quoted price and will be picked up with your key cards at the Beach Getaways office. 7. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 8. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
