Amazon also offers secure pickup and returns via their Amazon Hub stations. EARLY CHECK-INS: Please ask if early check in is available atleast 24 hours prior to check in day. It will be based on availability. HOUSEKEEPING: If staying 14 days or longer and you wish to have housekeeping services once a week, it is available for a fee of $125 per cleaning. TRASH PICK UP: Valet trash pick up times are Sunday - Thursday. Trash must be placed outside in the brown bin to the left across from the apartment between 5pm-7pm. Trash bag must be tied and have no leaks or rips in the bag and be inside of the trash bin, otherwise trash will have to be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot. If trash if placed in bin outside of the designated times, there will be a $75 fee assessed. GROCERY DELIVERY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Grocery delivery is available prior to your arrival for a fee of $30.
