We have 24-hour security in the neighborhood, with the support point being very close to the Residential. Very close by, we have a small grocery store that can meet your needs very well. Other things to note We provide 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per guest, complete bed linens, pillowcase, sheet, pillowcases and bedspreads (we do not replace them). We do not clean the property during the stay, but you can hire cleaning staff for this type of service (request prices). We will provide 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 detergent, 1 loofah, 1 Perfex cleaning cloth and 1 20-liter gallon of mineral water. We do not replenish these items. For your safety, when leaving, turn off all air-conditioning equipment. It has 1 parking space. We do not serve breakfast.
