See our most popular concierge services to compliment your stay The space IG: bluedeertulum The 4 Villas are interconnected through the backyards and located within Blue Deer Residences Tulum, a fully staffed private boutique property, located on a paved road close to Kulkulkan Ave and in walking distance to Tulum Town. Our staff includes an on-site property manager as well as cleaning and maintenance personnel. The property is accessible digitally, however, management will welcome you on arrival. Each villa boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a backyard and furnished rooftop lounge. In total, there are 12 king beds and 8 full sized beds spread over 16 bedrooms. High ceilings and an open concept throughout make the homes feel bright and airy. Tropical nature views from every window offer fresh tranquility while local wood beams and accents give the spaces a warm earthy vibe. Dramatic hand painted murals bring various walls to life.. also a great backdrop for photo ops! Perfect for resting, entertaining, relaxing or working, if you must ;) The spacious kitchens are fully stocked and ideal for private chef services or preparing your own meals. Laser cut closet panels are a signature of Blue Deer Residences and add to the unique design features. Beach bags come ready with towels and are provided in each bedroom. They can be used freely during your stay. Dressing mirrors and plenty of hangers are located in every bedroom. The spa like bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling and have walk-in showers. Organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hairdryers are supplied. The primary bath is an impressive special treat featuring a spacious indoor garden and double sinks. Congregate in the backyard for a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, Al fresco dining or relax on the chaise lounges and listen to the flow of the fountain and chatter of local birds. The rooftops are not to be missed!! Situated amongst the treetops, there is an outdoor shower, heated jacuzzi, lounge area, wet bar and half bath. You will enter through a private reception room. There is a garden walkway which leads to the 4 villas. Private parking is available outside. All locks are digital, codes will be shared prior to your stay. Other things to note There is a $50/pp/night fee for groups over 32 guests. Please advise us of your group size prior to booking if there will be more than 32 guests.
