Welcome to our charming Norman house, located in a large enclosed garden on the edge of the forest, ideal for a nature getaway with family or friends. On site, enjoy moments of sharing around the pool table, pinball machine, ping pong table, trampoline on sunny days, barbecue and fireplace. A few minutes from Pont-Audemer, the "Norman Venice", and close to Honfleur, Le Havre and Deauville. You will enjoy a fully private garden with barbecue, ping pong table, trampoline on sunny days and outdoor spaces conducive to convivial meals and sunny afternoons. On the leisure side, young and old will find their happiness: • Independent game room with billiards and darts for lively evenings • Electronic pinball to meet the challenge • Ping-pong table for wild games • Board games and poker case to share good times • Children's toys upstairs (Barbie, Playmobil and others) • Fireplace for warm evenings by the fire The house offers 140 m² just for you, with 4 bedrooms, including one in a row and a sleeping configuration suitable for 10 people: two double beds, three single beds, a single bed that can be converted into a double bed and a sofa bed. For your daily comfort: fiber with office space, ideal for teleworking, and Android TV compatible with your streaming platforms (Netflix, Canal+, Disney+...). ⭐ The little extra that makes the difference: the village bakery is within walking distance in minutes, perfect for starting the day with fresh bread and pastries. Depending on the schedule and whenever possible, we will be happy to grant it to you at no additional cost. 🛏️ Linen, according to your needs For stays longer than 6 nights, bed linen can be provided upon request. For shorter stays, we can also provide bed linen and towels, for a fee. Just let us know when you book so we can get organized. 🎱 Amenities & Leisure The billiard room, unheated, remains accessible all year round and fully privatized for your stay. The trampoline is available from April to October, for the happiness of little ones… and adults! 🐞 A word about nature In the countryside, we sometimes come across some tiny eight-legged inhabitants 🕷️.
