The space Our house has 11 rooms distributed over two floors; all of them with an internal bathroom, TV, ventilation system and different accommodation capacities. It has different common areas such as the TV area, interior terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen and laundry. This property is located 10 minutes from Juan Santamaría Airport, 20 minutes from the Costa Rica Convention Center, 15 minutes from the Pedregal Event Center, 15 minutes from the ANDE International Convention Center, and 5 minutes from the Fresh Market and restaurants with different types of food. Guest access It has different common areas such as the TV area, indoor terrace overlooking the patio, kitchen, laundry/ironing and internal parking until capacity deplete. Out of respect for all our guests, we have set quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. During your stay You can contact us via messaging on the Airbnb platform. We'll respond as soon as possible.
