Hi. We will rent out our private house mainly in the summer, but other weekends/times may be available, just get in touch if you see that the weekends are not open for rent. Very nice and big house in Volda, here you get views of beautiful mountains and fjords, morning sun and evening sun. Short distance to the spectacular Sunnmørsalpene. Here you can put on your hiking boots and walk straight to the mountain from the house. Large outdoor area with terrace, trampoline, sandpit. Great for kids. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The space Large and spacious detached house on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find an entrance with a large hallway, a bedroom with a 200x120 bed, and a TV in this bedroom. On this floor there is a gym with a spinning bike, step box, leg machine, sling and various weights and other equipment. The second floor is the main floor and contains a kitchen with a large dining table, a spacious living room with a sofa set with a coffee table and a sofa corner with a TV with Chromecast, a bathroom, a laundry room, a large terrace and a study. Attic floor: One bedroom with double bed 200x180, bathroom, one bedroom with bed 200x120 and trundle bed. Here is also an attic room that we use as a play area for the children. The property has a large garden with a trampoline and a sandbox. Guest access Here the guest has access to all amenities except 2 youth rooms that are locked. You have the house to yourself, we rent out an apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is plenty of parking at the property. You can use towels, bed linen, toys, games and the like as you need. Guests are expected to treat equipment in the house in a proper manner, if anything is damaged it must be replaced.
