The other areas of the house (living rooms, dining room and kitchen) do not have AC as they are large, open spaces. The house generally gets a good breeze in the summer and opening the windows cools it down pretty well. We also have portable fans available for guest use. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There are a couple rooms and closets which are locked and are marked private. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. There is a high chair and pack n' play always at the listing that is available for guests to use. Other things to note - We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking.
