The common areas have a 55' heated pool, 3 Pickle-ball courts, basketball, barbeque area, Palapa bar, a Palapa area for relaxing and hot tub. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The pool/hot tub area is not fenced. Water toys are allowed. Outdoor bathroom and shower next to the pool. Loungers, tables and umbrellas, 3 pickle-ball courts and basket ball. BBQ area and shade palapa area for relaxing. Smoking is allowed only in designated area. Quite time is 10 pm to 9am Other things to note Note: If you have more then the allowed guest in your suit there will be a up charge of $50.00 per night per person + a $25.00 per person cleaning fee. This will be collected when you arrive. Security cameras are at the back of the house and by the pool area. We also have a full time security/maintenance person living on the property.
