Located in Maurens, just 35 minutes southeast of Toulouse and 15 minutes from the Villefranche-de-Lauragais highway exit, the accommodation offers a peaceful setting, ideal for a green getaway. The space Come and enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this charming fully equipped outbuilding, ideal for a couple. It consists of: - A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a 2 seater balneo bathtub with light therapy for moments of absolute relaxation. - A cozy living room with sofa, video projector and Netflix included, as well as a dining table. - A functional kitchen, equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. - Separate toilets. Bed and bath linen is provided, as well as soap and shampoo for your comfort. Wi-Fi is included in the accommodation. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in any season. Outside, enjoy a relaxation area with barbecue (charcoal not provided), perfect for your alfresco evenings. Guest access Guests have full private access to the outbuilding, as well as the outdoor area equipped with a barbecue (charcoal not included). The entrance is independent. Parking is free and very easy, directly on the property. Other things to note We live right across the street, in the main house which is an old farmhouse. We remain discreet in order to preserve your tranquility, while being available if needed. The environment is very quiet, surrounded by fields, with only a few neighbors nearby on our side. We welcome horses in boarding, visible around the property, as well as some free-range chickens. We also have a cat, very sociable, who sometimes walks outside. The set contributes to a peaceful and rural atmosphere, ideal for animal lovers. Smoking is allowed outside the outbuilding (an ashtray is at your disposal). If you notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival, we can make available to you (extra charge): - Bottle of red, white or rosé wine (75 cl): €15 - Bottle of champagne (75 cl): €45 Please note that there are no shops in the village. The nearest ones are about 15 minutes by car, in the towns of Villefranche-de-Lauragais, Caraman or Revel.
