It also has 2.5 baths (master bedroom has a private bath). Drive 5 miles to LU, the airport, and Wards Rd. Drive 15 minutes further to reach downtown, Randolph, and U and L. Guest access The entire home is available to access except for 2 locked closets! One is off of the kitchen and the other is in the master bedroom. Other things to note This home is fairly new and a GPS may or may not point you in the right direction! Once you enter the neighborhood, immediately turn left. Then follow the road down until you see “29” on the front of the townhome. There’s a wreath on the front door and electronic door lock. If you drive to a street other than English Commons Dr, you are not at the right place! The fire place in the living room has its own remote. If the remote is not working, there is also a switch inside the right vent on the fire place. If the switch was previously turned off, the remote will not work. Simply switch it on and you can then control the fire place from the remote while sitting on the couch! Neighborhood amenities are not included per HOA requirements. This home is not pet friendly.
