Additional fees apply and depend on date, type of event and number of people attending. Please note that exterior areas are monitored for your safety and unauthorized persons will be immediately removed from the property. Additional forms will be required for events. A $100 fee will be charged per item if furniture is not returned to its original placement as found at check-in. Do NOT move inside furniture to outside areas, including the porch. Taking indoor furniture outside incurs fine of $50 per item Extra guest fees apply. Unauthorized extra guest are subject to $25 per person per night. Unauthorized events are subject to a minimum $300 cleaning fee and additional event fees. All trash needs to be placed in the provided dumpster and dumpster lid needs to be closed. Excess trash left outside of dumpster or in the house will incur additional fees up $30 per bag. Unauthorized pet fine of minimum $500 applies. Please note that due to the nature of the property and for your safety, we have monitored outside cameras. Tempering with or disabling outside cameras result of fines of up to $1000 per day per camera. Quiet hours: Sun-Thur 10pm-8 am, Fri-Sat 11pm-9 am. All guests hosting events are expected to comply with the rules. Any violations may lead to immediate termination. Guests not complying with the rules will be subject to immediate removal from the premises.
