Rose District’s Lofted Tiny Home

This unique, yet functional tiny home is just steps from Broken Arrow’s famous Rose District! Enjoy the spacious covered back porch and then venture out to festivals, restaurants, bars, incredible coffee shops, boutique shopping and more. The space This unique space consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, dresser, smart TV and desk space. The lofted space includes a full size bed, side table and charging station. This is a crawl-in space and does not have full height ceilings. Please take caution on the staircase, as this is not a standard staircase. Guests take full responsibility for use of the staircase. The living room has an oversized, deep sofa that pulls out to a queen bed (sleeping 2 more guests). Enjoy the 65” smart tv and several choices of games with your friends and family! Step out back to enjoy a large covered patio space with an outdoor dining table, large bench and egg shaped chair. Rest and relax or play cornhole with your friends! On the front porch, you’ll find two more chairs, a side table and a macrame swing. This a great area for coffee! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
