Cozy apartment completely renovated in 2023, quiet in the heart of nature. Located on the 1st floor, it has an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room/living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace with stunning views. Shared pool open daily from 10am to 6pm between mid-June and mid-September. The space A paradise for those who love nature and getting away from it all. What awaits you: fauna and flora, starry nights, at the foot of the Markstein, the Grand Ballon and the Petit Ballon! This cozy nest is located on the floor of one of the outbuildings of the property extending over half a hectare! As if set in a green setting, you can enjoy the magnificent view (forest, mountain, birds, donkeys, horses, etc.). The list goes on. At 180°! Thanks to its many picture windows and large terrace. On the lands of the legendary Saint Gangolphe, come and recharge your batteries on this site known for its telluric benefits. At the foot of the Markstein (20 minutes - family ski area - summer tobogganing) it allows you to easily reach different peaks such as the Grand Ballon and the Route des Crêtes. Located at the foot of the Petit Ballon: you can get there by the many marked or unmarked trails, for mountain bikers or hikers, in totally breathtaking landscapes! Upon arrival, you will be able to admire the Plain of Alsace in all its splendour. A stone's throw from the Dry Hills of Bollenberg, and known for its terrible witches, you will discover these remarkable sites in the heart of the Noble Valley (ten minutes)! Soultzmatt: Known for its spring water (Lisbeth), its cabaret (La Paradis des Sources) and its grand cru (ZinkoePfle) 25 minutes by expressway, discover the Christmas market of Colmar (and many others), passing through the little Venice, mulled wine and manala await! In summer (mid-June, mid-September), if the weather allows, your accommodation will give you access to the owners' pool on reserved time slots (availability varies according to the days of the week – open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and in agreement with them. And so much more! This makes this nest the ideal place to discover Alsace! The room has a double bed (160x200). The bed will be made upon arrival. Bath sheets and towels will be available on site. The end of stay cleaning will be done upon checkout. All our services (bed linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and charges) are included in the rate. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €40 per pet per stay.
