Located within an exclusive private condominium, the house has 4 carefully designed levels: 🏠 First Floor: Large and comfortable bedrooms. 🛋️ Second floor: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry, visiting bathroom and balcony. 🏊‍♀️ Third floor: Private pool, grill, terrace with outdoor sharing furniture. 🌅 Fourth floor: Panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, ideal for relaxing or taking unforgettable photos. Other things to note By condominium rules, one (1) pet is allowed per reservation. There is a maintenance fee of S/ 50 per day, per pet, intended for cleaning and disinfection of common areas used by them. For stays longer than 6 days, a one-time flat fee of S/ 300 per pet will be applied, instead of the daily payout. ✅ This amount is managed directly by the condominium management.
