The space The apartment is spread over two spacious rooms, the hallway, a modern bathroom and a 12 sqm balcony. In the living room with adjoining kitchen and balcony there is a dining table for up to 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed with luxury upholstery (190 x 160 cm) and a smart TV. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably in the large 180 x 200 m bed. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide space for your clothes and luggage. The spacious balcony overlooking a green courtyard is equipped with comfortable furniture and offers practically an additional room in the warm months. When it comes to the kitchen equipment, there is actually nothing that does not exist: oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, complete dinnerware as well as high-quality pots and pans, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Salt, pepper and spices are provided. In the modern bathroom with a rain shower, you will find fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and a hairdryer. Bed linens are of course provided in full. In winter you sleep under a blanket appropriate to the season and in summer we also provide the necessary comfort. The washing machine in the basement is free to use. The key to the front door, the door to the courtyard (parking) and the apartment can be found in a key safe next to the front door. I will send the code before check-in. Other things to note You can reach the parking lot via Friedrichstraße 1 (enter in Navy). Enter the courtyard and drive to the house with the flat roof. Under the house are two parking spaces. Please use the right one. To get to the front door Stapenhorststraße 50a, leave the courtyard and turn right twice. The house entrance is located between two houses.
