Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a cottage, it consists of a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 3×1m balcony - A 6×3 m heated swimming pool, shared with a second gîte, accessible subject to the owners' availability and equipped with a safety device. - A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The apartment is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Visit nearby castles - Bio-parc - Wine cellars - Fishing Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, or free of charge in the nearby public car park. 1 vehicle in the flat's private car park (in the event of failure to comply with safety instructions in the private car park and in the courtyard of the gîtes, we will be obliged to exclude the vehicle).
