The residential complex has common areas such as: Trails, Green areas, Pool, Splash pool. Sunbeds and pergola for events with tables, chairs, multipurpose bar, bathrooms, dressing rooms and outdoor shower. Children's games. Access to these areas (Pool, Splash Pad. Sunbeds and Pergola for events) is controlled by the security itself for young visitors and underage residents. Access is by code or fingerprint. All minors must always be accompanied by an adult within these areas. Guest access RESIDENCIAL EL FARO HAS: Common areas with swimming pool and splash pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms with changing rooms and shower area, garden tables, children's games, pergola for events, where guests and residents, upon prior request to the residential management, can hold family and friendship meetings (birthdays) or enjoy a quiet afternoon and romantic evening. - Wide avenues (streets) where you can easily take bike tours or enjoy a healthy walk throughout the residential area. IMPORTANT RULES FOR USE OF COMMON AREAS. - Access is by code or fingerprint. You must first register your fingerprint at the Administration offices located next to the security booth. Every minor must always be accompanied by an adult within these areas. - Drinking or smoking is not allowed around the pool. - Leave the pool area, garden, bathrooms, pergola or area to be used clean, free of cigarette butts on the floor and dirty ashtrays, garbage, food waste, dirty dishes, etc.). - Pool hours 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE. - Check-out 11:00 am Mandatory in person. - Flexible Check-in after 3:00 pm (The key is left inside the security mailbox). - One small pet is accepted per reservation. NOT ALLOWED. - Smoking inside the property. - Throwing toilet paper and any kind of object down the toilet. - The pet is not allowed to relieve itself in the internal or external courtyard of the house. - Any damage to the property's structure, equipment and furnishings will be deducted from your security deposit. - Please report any failure, breakdown or loss of any object on the property immediately to your host. - IF THE INTERNET FAILS. FOR NO REASON PRESS THE RESET BUTTON ON THE MODEM PLEASE! Only disconnect the modem from the electrical current for 5 minutes and reconnect, if that does not improve the speed or does not return the internet signal. Then report the fault to your host, who will know what to do.
