The space My apartment offers a comfortable and stylish stay across two spacious floors. On the first floor, you'll find a brand new single bed and a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the top floor of the duplex features a luxurious king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size bed. Tastefully furnished with attention to detail, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy modern amenities such as a 4K TV for entertainment and a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals a breeze. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Guest access There is a smart lock and the entrance codes will be shared with you 1 day before arrival. Other things to note I use a professional hotel cleaning company before your arrival and after departure so you don't have to clean anything. High quality cotton linen is washed by the professional laundry company. Private parking is available for 45 EUR/24 Hours at location nearby. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed instructions from me. Apartment has a Smart Lock and you can check-in with a unique code that I will send you before the arrival. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Valid government ID of all guests over 18 years old is required for online check-in. Link will be sent to you, where you will upload your IDs for verification. Apartment could be accessed only upon completion of online check-in. City tax 50CZK/2EUR per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival. HOUSE RULES I strictly prohibit stag parties, hen parties, loud music or noise at the property at any time. I keep the right to terminate stay and apply a penalty if any of the residents or neighbours would call the police to resolve such matter. If you made a reservation for such an occasion, please keep the noise down inside the apartment at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or building. There is a fire alarm. Smoking inside the apartment will cause immediate termination of your stay and penalty of 200EUR for a deep cleaning.
