The space On the main level, you'll find the full kitchen, bathroom, living room, equipped with a smart TV. The living room also includes a spacious sectional with room to sleep two guests. The deck features a table that seats six with a lighted umbrella and glass-tube propane heater, perfect for outdoor dining. Overlooking the living room, the loft houses full and queen-sized beds. Downstairs is the cozy main bedroom, also featuring river views, as well as an ensuite full bathroom and laundry room. A smart TV and toddler bed are included in the main suite. From the lower level, walk out onto the patio to enjoy grilling on the charcoal grill or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Free Wi-Fi is also provided, and a DVD player is available. Guest access Guests will arrive on the lower level. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Commercial and recreational vehicles are not allowed (e.g. RV's, campers, boats, trailers, etc.). The main floor can be accessed from the lower level using the indoor or outdoor stairs. The loft is accessible via the floating staircase on the main level. All stairs are equipped with handrails, but please note that both sets of indoor stairs are steep and may be challenging for some to navigate. Just down the hill, guests can find direct access to the crystal-clear Current River, providing fun opportunities for fishing, swimming, and floating. Other things to note Upon arrival, please review the Riverside Retreat Welcome Guide, located on the main level. There you will find helpful information such as local travel tips, check-out procedures, and the following house rules: 1. No smoking or vaping on the premises. 2. No pets allowed. 3. No loud music, fireworks, parties or events allowed. 4. No unregistered guests, with a maximum of 8 people per booking. 5. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Commercial and recreational vehicles are not allowed (e.g. RVs, campers, ATVs, boats, trailers, etc.). ALL HOUSE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED: violations are subject to fines and evictions. Guests will be charged $100 per night for each violation incurred.
