The house is very warm and inviting with vaulted ceilings which create an open feel. The front door keypad makes it easy to enter the house without the hassle of keeping up with keys. The master has a spacious walk-in closet and is separated from the other 2 bedrooms. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 8 people. Close to groceries, fantastic restaurants to Harbour Town, the Salty Dog, the Sea Pines Beach Club, equestrian stables, tennis, pickleball, golf, Coligny Plaza, parasailing, jet ski rentals and live music. Bike riding is fun and safe in Sea Pines. There are miles of bike trails leading to all of the activities. Our house has been reviewed as "very clean" & "well appointed" by our renters in addition to them loving the privacy and location. Check out all of the amenities included! Guest access Keypad on front door. Access code will be provided. Driveway can park 4 cars with no parking fees. There is parking everywhere if you choose to use your own vehicle around Sea Pines or there are miles of safe bike trails in Sea Pines which is what everyone loves about this vacation resort. Call ahead to rent bikes for your stay or bring your own. Sea Pines also has a trolley system which is very convenient and safe. The trolley map shows all of the stops at the various locations throughout Sea Pines including the Sea Pines Beach Club. Other things to note Sea Pines is a gated community. Our neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to the Sea Pines gate which helps to avoid vacation traffic in and out of Sea Pines when venturing out to the grocery store and restaurants outside of Sea Pines. It is a beautiful area for walking and convenient to the bike trails as well.
