Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a vibrant, ever-changing RGB lighting setup to set the mood. Second Bedroom: This room offers 2 queen-sized beds and a colorful, bohemian-inspired decor scheme that will spark your imagination. Third Bedroom: A cozy escape with two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) perfect for the kids or a group of friends with an LED rope light adding a playful touch t the room. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary artist's dream, featuring modern appliances, ample quartz counter space, and an RGB under-peninsula lighting system that transforms meal preparation into a colorful experience. Two sleek and modern full bathrooms await your relaxation, both featuring modern amenities and an artistic touch to elevate your daily routine. Bathroom one located downstairs and bathroom two is upstairs, "Jack and Jill" style, adjoining the two bedrooms. Step outside to our private backyard oasis. Guest access The entire space is yours to enjoy, offering a truly immersive and artful experience. Other things to note For security and insurance purposes, guests will be asked to complete a short rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID for the primary booking guest after reservation confirmation. This helps us protect our home, neighbors, and future guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and well-managed property. House rules 1.
