The space The 85 m² modern apartment is located on the top floor of a private, very well-kept villa in a quiet location. The staircase leads to the entrance area. There is a wardrobe and a small storage room equipped with a washer-dryer. Furthermore, you enter the large cooking, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a dining table for 4-6 people, a new corner sofa with pull-out sleeping function (110 x 200), a coffee table and TV with Magenta TV box and private Wi-Fi access. At the beginning of the apartment is the luxurious bathroom, equipped with a large corner bathtub, a washbasin with two sinks and a toilet. In the rear part of the living area is a workplace, opposite the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and behind mirrors are hidden several built-in boxes. In all rooms there is at least one window and on the south side you have beautiful views of the countryside. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, which can be individually adjusted in the individual rooms. All windows can be completely darkened via adjustable external roller shutters. Guest access The apartment is for guests only. Through the garden door you get to the entrance gate of the villa and through the separate staircase to the entrance door of the apartment in the attic. The owner who lives in the rest of the villa or his caretaker hands over all the necessary keys at check-in. Cleaning conditions: Please note that the apartment will only be cleaned before and after your stay. If you want to stay longer, it will be cleaned weekly. Upon request, you can request additional cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.
