Description
Our family friendly camp is nestled on the eastern side of Maine, bordering Canada, on East Grand Lake. From the front deck of the cabin (or kitchen table), you can watch the sun and moon rise over the mountains, across the lake. East Grand Lake is known for its water quality, size, depth (max 128ft) and exceptional fishing. Hiking and ATV trails are easily accessible from the camp road our cabin is located on, and if you’d rather stay on the property, we have plenty of games available. The space First Floor: From the front door, you will enter an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the amenities you’d need to feel right at home. Please check our list of amenities for specifications. The dining room table overlooks the lake and comfortably seats 4 people. The living room has a couch with a pull out queen mattress, a 60” Samsung Smart tv, and an entertainment center packed with games and puzzles for all ages. Starlink internet router, pellet stove and heat pump are located here. Also on the first floor is a full spacious bathroom with a stand up shower, a utility closet and the primary bedroom with dresser and queen bed. Upstairs: This is an open concept “great room” which has a half bath, 1 king bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed. This room has a large closet and an extra 10” twin memory foam mattress that could be used on the floor, as well. Outside: Newly built deck attached to 2 sides of the cabin. In the winter months, we will only have our grill here, but during the summer we will also have patio furniture. Lake front yard is uniquely landscaped by both man and Mother Nature. There is a stone lined path that guides you to the water. And Mother Nature decorated the yard with boulders for the pups and kiddos to climb on. There is a permanent fireplace. In the winter, we store our camp chairs, so please bring your own if coming during the winter months. Historically people have pulled their personal boats ashore onto the sand and tied off to land. The channel of boulders protects boats from wind. 3 kayaks available for use on the property. Water source is from the well and it’s safe to drink. Guest access Our storage shed is the only area that is not accessible to guests.
