God bless you! The space It’s a Condo unit by SMDC. Located in Tower 1 in the 17th floor with a nice sun rise view in the morning and a luxurious city lights view in the evening. Paid Pool Access: - Php 150 per person per day - Php 300 if holiday - Regardless of age - Outdoor Adult and Kids pool - Open from Tuesday to Sunday - Pool Hours: 11am to 8pm Paid Parking Space: - Php 350 per night - Within SMDC - Safe and Guarded premises (Kindly let us know in advance if you want to avail of the Paid Pool Access and Paid Parking Space so we can process necessary documents and coordinate it to SMDC for a more convenient stay.) Guest access Guest can access the lobby area, outdoor lounge and pool area. Gym access is for long term guests only.
