The space The apartment captivates with its modern, fully equipped furnishings and many loving details. Unlike many apartments, you don't have to get every salt shaker or every pack of coffee yourself: oil, spices, coffee, tea and even laundry detergent are ready for you. The kitchen is a real highlight: a modern fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob on a historic base, dishwasher and all the appliances and utensils you need for simple cooking or an elaborate menu. The bright bathroom has a window and a comfortable, walk-in shower. The entrance area is designed as a small veranda and invites you to linger. In all rooms, the floor heating ensures a pleasant warmth. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, smart TV and a workplace – perfect for relaxing evenings or home office. The quiet bedroom facing the garden offers a comfortable double bed (180 cm), spacious closets and a decorative tiled stove. Guest access The apartment is of course exclusively available to you and has its own entrance. In the garden, a separate area is all yours – with seating, a fireplace and the possibility to spend cozy barbecue evenings. Other things to note The location is ideal for all those who want to enjoy nature: hiking areas and bike paths such as the Europa bike path or the Oder-Spree bike path start in the immediate vicinity. Water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth – directly from the property you can start with SUP or rowboat in the idyllic Löcknitztal. A canoe rental is located only two houses away. The apartment is also ideal for guests arriving without a car. Fangschleuse station is within walking distance or by bus – we are happy to offer a pick-up. From there, you can reach Berlin Ostkreuz in just 18 minutes, right in the heart of the capital. Bicycles are available on site for shopping, you do not need a car here.
