Miami shopping plaza is nearby including a Woolworths, First Choice Liquor, Post office, cafe's and more. The very popular Cobblers Tavern is also within walking distance or a short drive if you care for a meal or drinks out locally. Boundary Island Brewery is also close in Halls Head as is The Cut Tavern in Wannanup on the Dawesville Cut. Falcon is a surfer's paradise, offering some of the best surfing, kiteboarding and paddle boarding conditions in Mandurah. The beaches (many of them dog friendly) offer something for everyone. Swim out to the pontoon during the summer months at Falcon Bay, dip your line in and try your luck at fishing or just enjoy the tranquil sunsets that are hard to beat anywhere else. The peel Inlet is also close for crabbing or serene walks around the foreshore and the Falcon boat ramp is no more than a few minutes' drive. Falcon is an easy one hour drive from Perth, it is known as the gateway to the South as the Margaret River Region is also easily accessible for day trips. Arriving by car is the easiest option however, Mandurah has a train line from Perth that arrives in under an hour, there are busses and Uber/Taxi services should you not wish to drive. You are able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants which are all no more than a 15-20 minute stroll away. The beach is less than 250m from the property.
