These bedrooms share a stylish ground floor bathroom, with a separate toilet accessed via the laundry. An additional full bathroom with a spa bath, shower, vanity, and toilet is located upstairs. The second storey features a VERY stylish, den like games room with a slate bed pool table, bar, and an expansive balcony offering Indian Ocean views across to Falcon Bay. The glass-enclosed balcony is perfect for outdoor entertaining and includes an additional upstairs BBQ for your convenience. A bonus room on the ground floor is ideal for teens, kids, or extra guests. It is equipped with a TV, DVD player, bean bags, and a queen-sized sofa bed, with direct garden access via a sliding door and additional access to the garage. The large, fully enclosed rear garden provides a safe space for children and pets to play, with opportunities for family games and relaxed evenings outdoors. A table tennis table and equipment are available. The property features a driveway with space for two to three cars in tandem, plus additional grass verge space for extra vehicles, a moderate boat, or a caravan. Falcon Bay and the very popular Falcon Bay Cafe (including dog cafe and indoor/outdoor seating area is a MUSt! Excellent food and vibe!) It is a comfortable walk or a few minutes by car. Miami shopping plaza is nearby including a Woolworths, First Choice Liquor, Post office, cafe's and more. The very popular Cobblers Tavern is also within walking distance or a short drive if you care for a meal or drinks out locally. Boundary Island Brewery is also close in Halls Head as is The Cut Tavern in Wannanup on the Dawesville Cut. Falcon is a surfer's paradise, offering some of the best surfing, kiteboarding and paddle boarding conditions in Mandurah. The beaches (many of them dog friendly) offer something for everyone. Swim out to the pontoon during the summer months at Falcon Bay, dip your line in and try your luck at fishing or just enjoy the tranquil sunsets that are hard to beat anywhere else. The peel Inlet is also close for crabbing or serene walks around the foreshore and the Falcon boat ramp is no more than a few minutes' drive. Falcon is an easy one hour drive from Perth, it is known as the gateway to the South as the Margaret River Region is also easily accessible for day trips. Arriving by car is the easiest option however, Mandurah has a train line from Perth that arrives in under an hour, there are busses and Uber/Taxi services should you not wish to drive. You are able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants which are all no more than a 15-20 minute stroll away. The beach is less than 250m from the property. Our base pricing offers a well priced family stay for 4, with a per person per night charge for larger groups. This represents excellent value given the location and quality on offer. We welcome dogs and children; however, they remain your responsibility throughout your stay. Please be aware of the stairs, which have open spaces at the back and balustrades with gaps—baby gates are provided for added safety. Ensure that young children and pets are supervised at all times. The garden is fully enclosed, ensuring the safety of your pets and children during your stay. All risk remains that of the guest. Any damage cause by pets or guests will be billed for upon check out.
