Only 7 min from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown Harbor, 10 min from the Port Aransas Ferry, & 15 min to Rockport. Grocery store is around the corner! You have 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Roku TV, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, 2 queen and Daybed with trundle. Free parking & Big BBQ pit with fenced in backyard. Guest access The entire house has full access except for one closet that we use for supplies. We love that you are able to make yourselves comfortable during your stay! Guests can access street-side parking, and there is one designated spot in front of the house. Boat parking on the street or in the designated spot is also allowed. Other things to note ***Please keep in mind that during the early summer months there is a possibility of pill bugs (roly poly's), we have a pest control company that we use regularly and they are doing the best they can to mitigate the amount that come inside.
