The space The accommodation comprises: - An 18 m² living room with sofa bed, Fire TV (access to Netflix, Dysney+ and Prime Video) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, airfryer etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan. Exterior: At the rear of the property, on the hillside, you will find a flat, unoverlooked area of around 100 m2 under the pine trees, with a private, south-facing, 18 m2 wooden terrace with furniture for enjoying the fine weather. There is also a reserved parking space on the 5,000 m² property, which is fully enclosed and surrounded by olive trees. - A shared, unheated 4mx8m swimming pool, open 9am to 8pm in high season, 9am to 8pm in low season. The house is ideally located in Belgentier, in very pleasant surroundings.
