Welcome to Lyme, CT! Our beautiful house has everything you could want, so close to all the action yet far enough for privacy and seclusion! Dubbed Beaver pond cottage as we are on waterways that lead out to Long Island sound on 5 private, beautiful acres! One of the finest neighborhoods in Lyme (if not the best) Perfect for all 4 seasons! Hiking, biking, kayaking and watching the boats go by on the Sandy beach on the ct river! The space This house is fully furnished with everything you can possibly need. We have a starter kit but you must provide the rest for longer stays ie more than 5 days. Bring your toothbrush, and toiletries! This is a private 5 bedroom home on 5 acres at the end of a narrow road on waterways leading out to CT river and Long Island sound. You’ll see beavers in their natural habitat and multiple species of birds, wildlife and insects. Come prepared to relax, unwind and have the most peaceful time in nature. Guest access You have full access to all parts of the house. Please read the house rules before you book. We require identification for our guests that are staying. Please provide your ID for all adults (18 and over) drivers license or passport and the license plates of all cars staying at the property, you will be denied check in if you cannot provide identification. This is a town of Lyme ordinance to protect the safety of our guests who are staying and for the protection of our neighborhood. Other things to note Lyme is a rural area full of wildlife, insects, animals and ticks! We are in 5 acres of wetlands and woodlands.
