Apartment super well maintained and clean. Air conditioning in the suite and in the living room; bedroom 2 has a fan, 250 mega internet; 75" smart TV in the living room; very well-equipped kitchen; microwave; oven; stove; cold water purifier; great refrigerator. BED LINEN AND ONE BATH TOWEL PER GUEST. Balcony with charcoal barbecue and an amazing view! 900m from the beach, 10 min walk. Markets nearby, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Perfect stay for those SEEKING TRANQUILITY. 1 private parking space The space I live in the apartment year-round, and I always rent it out at the end of the year when I travel, i.e., the apartment has everything!! This is a space for those who want tranquility, loud music and noise after 10 p.m. are not allowed, as the building is in a condominium that has a very family-friendly environment and is in a residential area, surrounded by houses. So if you are coming with your family, or with another couple, and are looking to enjoy a quiet stay, this place is perfect for you! The suite has a double bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. I provide a single mattress if you have a fifth guest. There's a huge clothesline on the balcony, and the wind circulates VERY well, clothes dry very quickly and often don't even need air conditioning. The private parking space is for a car, at most an SUV. Note: some objects and personal belongings that appear in the photos will be removed. Note 2: The living room table has 6 chairs. If necessary, the kitchen has a dining counter with 4 stools. The balcony table has 5 stools. There's also the coffee table, which is in front of the couch.
