Relax away at our newly renovated cozy home in one of the hottest holiday destinations in Victoria. We are located in a central yet secluded area in the hills, you can easily get to all the fun-filled activities, bustling seaside promenade, and more beautiful destinations Rye has on offer all within a short distance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make this your "home away from home" - whether you are a family or friends looking for a getaway, we got your back! The space Our property is located in a well treed and private area of Rye, just 3km to the Fromt Beach and main promenade where the "holidaying" and indulging culture of this seaside town really comes to play. Further out, we are 4km to the Dunes Gold Links, 4km to the 16th Beach, 5km to the Peninsula Hot Springs and also 5km to the Cups Estate winery. Our newly renovated Scandinavian holiday home features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms; each bedroom is designed with a different vibe in mind, giving each room has its own character. With multiple skylight features in the house, we really make use of the natural light to fill our space with warmth. The Master Bedroom situates at the end of the corridor with a minimalistic and aesthetic interior, featuring a Queen bed and a walk-in closet; the ensuite has an walk-in shower as well as drawers underneath the sink and huge benchtop space. The second Bedroom is the first to the right, displaying a more beachy atmosphere; this one features a Double bed and a bulilt-in-robe with double doors and huge window looking out to the balcony, letting in plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The third Bedroom has a bunk bed (Double and Single), a set of drawers, bookshelf with a selection of kids' favourites and a built-in-robe with double doors; also featuring a huge window, the fun in this room doesn't end. Our open-plan Kitchen and Dining space is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, and more (espresso machine!!); the exposed beam on the ceiling as well as neutral coloured decor gives this space the ultimate calming feel. The Living space has an exposed brick wall with an integrated wood fireplace and huge windows; this sophisticated yet homely space is perfect for entertaining with your family and/or friends. Our backyard might just be the star of the show, featuring a kids area to the right and an elevated deck on the left with a fireplace for more fun!
