Guest access Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and entertaining. There is a spacious and fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as well as a large porch with a BBQ. There is a common area, a living and dining room downstairs and a loft and two bedroom upstairs. Other things to note This house can accommodate large trailers. However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms. Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc. You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
