The sound of birds, squirrels and the eagles you sometimes see flying give you that great feeling every time. In the adjacent village of Barx (2 km), you can find all the basic needs, including Baker, butcher, supermarket, bar, restaurant, doctor, dentist, and a cash machine. Also there is a padel track and a football field. In the city of Gandia (12km) you will find large shopping malls and large supermarkets such as Carrefour,Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Media Market and so on. Gandia has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches of the Costa Valencia. To Valencia airport it is 50 min drive, and Alicante airport is 1.5 hour drive. The distance from the Netherlands to our house is about 1930 km. Around the corner of our house, beautiful hiking trails such as the Pujada al Monduver, font del garrofer, and font del monduver with very nice views over the mountains and the sea. Our house is on the edge of the nature reserve and the last 150 meters to our house is off-road but easily accessible.
