Our apartment ‘In Air Studio’ is also suitable for families with young children: [3 adults + 1 baby] or [2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby]. The accommodation is located in a central yet quiet area of the spa town of Braunlage. It is only 3 minutes by car (15 minutes on foot) from the Wurmberg cable car and an 8-minute walk from the ‘Ski and Toboggan Lift Rathauswiese’. Our holiday apartment “In Air Studio” offers an excellent starting point for all activities that Braunlage and the Harz region have to offer. It is located in a quiet side street and is only a 5-minute walk from the start of the extensive hiking, cycling, and cross-country ski trail network, which includes routes such as the Kaiser Trail and the scenic Silberteich pond. There you can also discover the Nature Myth Trail, which is especially suitable for children and families. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential street in the town center of Braunlage. The village center can also be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. Restaurants, banks, the spa park, and shopping facilities are nearby and easily accessible on foot, as well as the Wurmberg cable car, the Rathauswiese with its ski lift, the ice rink, and the VolksGolfPark. Thanks to the close proximity to the Rathauswiese, skiing and sledding fun are always close at hand. A large free parking lot is located directly across the street. Our lovely non-smoking apartment offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay: The bedroom features a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The living/dining room includes a large, comfortable (sofa) bed (135 × 200 cm), a flat-screen Smart TV, and a solid wood dining table that invites you to enjoy long, cozy game nights. With direct access to the loggia and its small seating area, you can fully enjoy the panoramic view. The pantry kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Baby equipment (crib, high chair, etc.) is available upon request. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. Guest access Entire apartment, including use of the ski storage room and the table tennis & mini fitness room. Our apartment, ‘In Air Studio’, is located on the raised ground floor of a quiet multi-unit building in the heart of Braunlage. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, or skiing & sledding. Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building. Other things to note A welcome package with coffee and a selection of different teas will be provided for you. In addition, there is a selection of salt, sugar, pepper, and spices available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. If you prefer a stay without bed linen, please let me know.
