Also close to the University and hospital The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) house is based in the town of Penwortham, you have local shops within a few minutes walking distance and will be right next door to a local pub (although not close enough to hear any noise!) Across the road you’ll find yourself in the peaceful Middleforth Park. In the living room you will find a smart TV which features Netflix and other apps. In the 3 bedrooms there are 2 double beds and 1 single. All towels and bedding provided as well as tea and coffee. There is a private yard at the rear of the house. There is one free car parking space available to guests in the pub car park next door, alternative arrangements will have to be made for any additional cars.
