The subdivision has green and recreational areas such as soccer fields, basketball courts and outdoor gym equipment as well as children's games that kids love. Inside the house you will rest with total comfort and tranquility. A room that has a very comfortable sofa bed that will allow you to enjoy sharing with your family and friends and get together to watch movies, video series or whatever you like since the smart TV has access to any streaming platform, Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Sky TV, etc. etc. and a complimentary half bathroom. The dining area is equipped with a tempered glass table, chairs and bench to eat your food comfortably or simply work. The kitchen is a super kitchen, with a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction grill, coffee maker, blender and enough utensils to enjoy cooking and sharing with love all the food prepared by cooking lovers. A terrace to enjoy a coffee and a good chat. The rooms are very comfortable and the one on the ground floor has its own bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs have a shared bathroom and the bunk bedroom also has its own bathroom. We guarantee comfort and privacy. Guest access The house is entirely for the exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with anyone. The bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests, first bedroom number 1 is opened for two people, second bedroom 2 for three people, bedroom 3 for two people, bedroom 4 for two people, and guests 10 and 11 will occupy the sofa bed that is located in the living room. The parking area is inside the private area. We have only one space located at the main entrance of the house. If you need to occupy the King Size room first, please contact the host to request a quote for this service. Other things to note We are located just 15 minutes from AIFA. That's why we're in a very safe and guarded area. Inside the subdivision there is a 24-hour service store to buy basic products from water to Krispy Donuts. And just a 5-minute walk away you will find the shopping area to buy all kinds of raw or prepared food.
