Vacation starts here, in this beautiful spacious home near the beaches with private pool and spa. You will enjoy this spacious one level, 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths house that has all the amenities you will need to get away with family/friends. This is the place you will have fun splashing in the pool or check out few beaches (Boca Grande (13 miles), Manasota Key (6miles). Boat rentals on Manasota Key strip available for excursion for the day, jet ski and popular local restaurants to grab a bite. The space Master Bedroom #1: King size bed with sliding door to the pool patio. Large TV with fireplace (electrical). Which leads into the master bathroom, standup shower ***(includes start up kit for toiletries)*** , soaking tub, separate toilet room, double vanity sinks and walk in closet. Living room: TV, play area (great for kids- has carpet), board games, Second living room: by the entrance, kick back to relax on theater sofa. Kitchen: Bar breakfast area, connected to the kitchen island. All cooking necessities such as pots and pans, even spices are available for you. Dining room: seating 6 people, (baby high chair available upon request). Guest Bathroom: ***(includes start up kit for toiletries)*** Bedroom #2: Queen size bed with TV, double door closet, hangers, steamer, dresser and a taller night stand. Bedroom #3: Full bed (sleeps 2), double door closet, dresser, night stand. Laundry: washer and dryer. Start up kit for laundry detergent. Guest access All one level property will be accessible to the guests, in exception of the garage and owner's closet in the master bedroom (2nd closet will be locked). Other things to note For Hot tub use, specifically to turn on the heat and bubbles. Please use the manual that’s at the property with directions (white binder). Very easy to use, has photos with directions.
