Free Wi-Fi and parking inside the complex. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story building with a lift. The entrance leads into a bright and spacious living room, with a sofa bed for two people, TV and dining table. A French window provides access to the balcony of the house, which extends for almost the entire perimeter of the apartment up to the bedroom. The kitchen, connected but separate from the living room, is equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume your meals during your stay: stove with burners, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and dishes. Here too there is access to the balcony. You will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. Proceeding you will arrive at the bedroom, spacious and equipped with a double bed, TV and large wardrobe. It also has access to the same balcony as the kitchen and the living room and also to a second separate terrace with a view of the greenery that surrounds the buildings of the residential complex. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is air conditioning. The heating for the winter months is centralized, so the times and dates of switching on and off are managed by the condominium administration according to their rules and the directives of the Municipality of Rapallo. The bedroom linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bathroom linen (towels) are provided by us for the number of people in the reservation and are included in the price. There are free unassigned parking spaces inside the complex. The complex offers the possibility of using common activities shared with other guests or tenants present: swimming pool, tennis court, bowling green, children's play area with extra payment on site. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Rapallo applies for all the year a tourist tax of €2.5/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). Obligation to shower before entry and to wear a pool-cap. HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT By car : Traveling along the A12/E80 motorway with exit at Rapallo. From there proceed for approximately 2.4 km until you reach the address of the house. Journey by means of transport: Genoa Airport – Apartment Part 1: Cristoforo Colombo Genoa Airport – Genoa Piazza Principe Bus Station VolaBus shuttle bus (stop outside the Arrivals area) Journey duration: 30 minutes. The service runs every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. From the center the first ride is at 5.15am while the last one is at 10.10pm. From the airport the first ride is at 5.50am and the last at 11.05pm. The ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all routes on the AMT network. Children up to 10 years of age travel free (up to a maximum of 3 children per paying passenger). Genoa Piazza Principe station – Rapallo station Regional trains from €4.30 with a journey time of approximately 50 minutes. The first ride is at 04.25 and the last at 22.45. From Rapallo station the apartment can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, otherwise you can travel by bus. The closest stop to the house is about 600 meters away. Milan Malpensa Airport – Apartment Part 1: Airport – Milan Central Station Milan Malpensa airport is located 50 km from Milan and is well connected to the city center by motorway and public transport. Trains from Malpensa to Milan centre: The “Malpensa Express” train connects the airport with the Milan Centrale or Milan Cadorna stations and is the fastest option, taking about 40 minutes. The price of one route is €13 for adults with discounts for children. The Malpensa Express train arrives and departs from Terminal 1 underground station on floor -1 and at Terminal 2 underground station. Bus The Terravision company carries out a connection service with its buses between Malpensa and Milan central station, taking an average of 50 minutes and without making intermediate stops at a cost of €10 per person. The stop is located outside the Terminal with a run every hour. In case of arrival in an hour not served by public transport, Milan Malpensa Taxi service is always available by calling the dedicated number. Part 2: Milan Central Station – Rapallo Railway Station Intercity trains available upon reservation with a journey time of approximately two hours at a cost of €24.00. Regional trains starting from 06.25am to 9.10pm at a cost of €15.65. All regional journeys include at least one change at the Genova Piazza Principe station for a total of approximately two and a half to three hours of travel.
