Guest access The entire family house is for you to enjoy. The Pool is open (not heated) Our pool is typically open from May to late September—weather permitting, of course! If Mother Nature cooperates, we might even keep it open a bit longer. This is a residential-grade driveway and is not rated for heavy or commercial use. No commercial vehicles, moving trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment are permitted on the driveway under any circumstances. Guests assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the driveway or property. Other things to note No pets 🚭 NO SMOKING — INDOORS OR OUTDOORS NEAR DOORS OR WINDOWS We take this very seriously. If there is any smell of cigarettes or marijuana detected, a minimum fee of $800 will apply. This fee can increase depending on the severity of the odor. Guests will also be held financially responsible for all cleaning, deodorizing, and any necessary accommodations or refunds provided to future guests who are affected. 👥 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the property. Please ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the total number of overnight guests. Day visitors who are not listed on the reservation are subject to the following fees: • $20 per day for each adult visitor • $10 per day for each child visitor Please note that the maximum occupancy stated in the listing description may not be exceeded at any time, including both registered guests and visitors. Failure to disclose additional guests or visitors may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation. Pets are strictly not allowed.
