The space Relax in your living room overlooking the street on a comfortable 3-seater sofa and, if you feel like it, enjoy the smart TV, where you can connect to your account from any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand mixer on request and depending on availability. For dining, there is a dining table and chairs. When you want to rest, there is a 150x200cm double bed and the sofa is convertible to a 140x190cm bed. The bathroom has a comfortable rain shower, hair dryer, towels, and soap, bath gel, and shampoo. You'll have a Wi-Fi connection for whatever you need: watch a series, share photos, talk to your family by video call, or work if you have no choice. There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. Guest access - Thanks to contactless entry, you can access your apartment 24/7, without worrying about picking up keys. - In the building's basement, there is a common laundry area with a washer and dryer so you can do laundry if you need to for free. We'll leave you a dose of detergent and fabric softener in your apartment so you don't have to worry about buying them. Other things to note - In accordance with current regulations, we must communicate the personal data of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal information before the day of arrival. When you've completed online check-in, you'll receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment door. - We offer a free light breakfast so you can have something to eat before leaving home. We'll leave you a basket with everything so you can enjoy it however and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea, bread, oil, butter, jam, and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before check-in. - Reservations for 3 apartments or more may be subject to surcharges and special conditions. A security deposit will be required at the time of booking. - For group reservations and/or on dates of high occupancy, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival.
