The space This splendid room, completed in January 2023, has a king bed, hotel mattress, cotton sheets and towels. A piece of furniture with a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower with hot water. Air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, wardrobe and clothes iron. It is a safe and secure place. This room is located on the second floor, with a private entrance from the street. We do not have parking on site, however, there are two paid parking spaces next door. Guest access Entire space, guests will have access to the whole apartment . It is completely private. Lobby, living area and laundry are shared with other guests.
