There is highspeed WIFI connection throughout the property. The living room is equipped with a 60” Smart TV and the basement family room has a 50" Smart TV. The basement coffee tabletop pops up and can be used as a workstation. The main floor kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and spices. Guest access The entire home is for your private exclusive use. Other things to note We have a strict no animals policy. The owners who stay here from time to time are extremely allergic. Please note that the basement living space where the family room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom are located has lower ceilings (approximately 7') and has HVAC ducting in certain areas. This could pose difficulties and inconvenience for individuals taller than 6'.
