After booking, you must send us a photo of the identity of all guests and if you are using the garage, inform us of the vehicle's model, color and license plate; • To use the garage, it is necessary to leave the apartment identification badge hanging in the car. The badge can be found inside the apartment. We emphasize that failure to use the badge may result in a fine, according to the rules established by the condominium. • The bedroom window has an aluminum blind that completely blocks out the light. • We accept one small pet (up to 7 kg) per stay, as long as it does not leave hair and urine inside the apartment; • Visits are allowed in moderation, that is, a high flow of visitors is not allowed, the building is residential and it is not allowed to use the apartment for commercial purposes; • Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability; • Bed linen and towels stained with blood, paint, wine and makeup will incur an extra cleaning fee. If the stain persists, the price of a new piece will be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as it causes permanent stains; • Smoking is allowed on the balcony with the glass door closed to keep the smoke out. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra daily fee will be charged; • No loud music and talking inside the apartment. • Please do not leave the pool area wet, shirtless and in swimwear. • After check-out/departure time, it is not allowed to remain on the premises of the building, leave luggage or car. • Be cordial and polite to all building staff. • It is forbidden to honk in front of the garage, the guest must identify themselves on the intercom, so that the concierge opens the gate.
