Please request at least 48 hours before arrival so we can preheat 1–2 days ahead and have the water warm at check-in. Other things to note Guest verification & damage protection We partner with Truvi Know Your Guest for a quick ID verification after booking. You’ll choose either a small $35 damage waiver (recommended) or a refundable deposit. After booking you’ll receive a link to complete ID verification and e-sign our Rental Agreement. Pets (dogs only, pre-approval required) $150 Pet Fee • Max 2 dogs • No puppies Fully potty-trained; crate when unattended Fenced backyard (please check gates) & leashes required outside fence Pick up waste and dispose in outdoor bins only No dogs in pool/spa; control barking; quiet hours 10pm–8am Report any pet damage immediately Provided: 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls, 2 leashes, poop bags, 1 large crate, pee pads, 1 medium dog bed House rules No parties or events unless pre-approved with Host. Registered guests only. Exterior cameras face driveway only. Propane tanks are provided. Guest is responsible for filling or re-filling the tanks.
