You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan. Air hockey, toys. The space Lovely home in a nice subdivision with trees and lake view. We do not have lake access. House updated in 2013 and 2022. Close to restaurants and .08 miles from quaint downtown Newburgh. Newburgh is a suburb of Evansville. We are approximately 4 miles to Evansville's east side. Evansville is home to the Evansville Museum & planetarium, Ford Center (hosts many concerts and events), Mesker Zoo and Burdette Park/Aquatic Center. I bought my home in 1994. Our home at 8300 Susan Ct. Is also referred to as Ralph. My youngest daughter started calling the house Ralph when she was 3. It stuck but we decided wouldn’t be appealing on the title for a short term rental. It was built in 1984. We’ve remodeled twice. The last major remodel was in 2014 and we’ve did a small project in 2021. We raised 4 kids in our home and had many exchange students. Our house comfortably lived in but maintained. I stay in Evansville unless my adult children and grandchildren are in town and we stay in Newburgh. Guest access Entrance is via keypad on front door. You will receive code day before or day of stay. Master bedroom closet is locked (my personal items). Garage is not part of rental and is locked. There is a back door, through the sunroom off kitchen. If you need an entrance without steps when checking in, please let me know. The sunroom offers a step free entrance. I do ask for guests to park in driveway. If temporary street parking is needed, I ask that it be in front of the house. Other things to note We live on a lake (back yard). It's lovely to look at but we do not have lake rights and it is not part of our property. My neighbors vegetable garden behind the house is the property line. Guests must not swim, fish or walk along lake. These rules apply to my family as well. I want to note, I live in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood. I want to respect my neighbors and try to make the process as non invasive for them as possible. I have special dishes and utensils for kids. 2 high chairs. One is clip on table type. Office area room is shared with sleeper sofa. I charge a $35 fee if heavy furniture is moved.
