The space Set on ¾ of an acre, this fully fenced property is green year-round and designed for both relaxation and play. It’s ideal for kids and dogs, allowing parents to truly unwind. Enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, mature fruit trees and summer grapes, outdoor seating with shade, and a fire pit for cooler evenings. The space is private, peaceful, and walkable to town and the local park. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, laundry room, sauna, outdoor spaces, carport, and parking. We live next door and may occasionally be present in shared outdoor areas for routine property maintenance or laundry. We respect guest privacy and are available if needed, while giving you space to enjoy your stay. During your stay I’m nearby and available if you need anything, while respecting your privacy and space. Other things to note This is an animal-loving property. We have three cats, one dog, two sheep, as well as chickens and ducks. While animals are not in the guest area during stays, cats do occasionally go inside the house when we don’t have guests. If you have animal sensitivities or allergies, this may not be the right fit. For electric vehicles, EV charging available.two blocks north near the Chinese restaurant. GPS may take you slightly past the gate. The entrance is approximately 2½ blocks west of Hwy 101 on the left. Please open the gate, drive in, close it behind you, and park either on the grass to the left of the driveway or in the carport.
