The apartment has breathtaking sunset views and in close proximity to the great restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer. Additional maid service is offered for your convenience at a cost. We also offer cooking service with Mariela who is an excellent cook at a small cost . Let us know if you are interested. The space It’s one of the most beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located buildings in Cartagena. Your stay will be an unforgettable experience with everything you need. In addition , each bedroom has it’s own safe deposit lock box. Every room has mini split AC. Maid service is available upon request. Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful comfortable furniture UHD TV in bedrooms and living room, high speed internet and a fully furnished terrace to enjoy amazing sunsets. The building also has a gym and 2 pools( 1 on the main floor and one on the rooftop) . Also, there is a private parking spot available on level P7 spot 19. Other things to note When you register at the front desk, each guest must provide their Passports as a form of Identification. This is a requirement from the Colombian Government. The front desk will then provide you a guest bracelet to be worn during the entire stay for a cost of 25 mil pesos COP approx.( US $6.00) per person. Also, 35 mil pesos COP fee for the bracelet applies to vistors [credit card payment only]. This cost is standard practice for the property. Access to the building will only be granted to guests/visitors wearing the bracelet. As a guest per the building policy, you can have visitors come where you can wait for them in the lobby and they must show a valid physical ID at the front desk. Visitor hours are from 10 am to 5 am the next day. Maximum visitors at a time is 2. All visitors must be ages 18 and older. All visitors must have a physical valid Colombian ID or passport . For registration of guests, please notify me the names of the people staying at least 48 hrs prior to check in. This doesn't apply to visitors. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED IN THE PREMISES. NO PARTIES ALLOWED Breathe easy, this space is free of Snuff and cigarettes smoke NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. SMOKING IS STRICTLY ONLY ALLOWED IN THE BALCONY.
